Fill in all three parts of the
programme code. For example, if
you want to apply for the N Dip
Building at Mangosuthu University
ofTechnology, the code is
MN-M-BU3 (MN for Mangosuthu
University ofTechnology, M for
Main campus, BU3 for Building).
The programme you want to
do most of all must appear
at the top of the list of your
choices. Some programmes
are in such demand that
they can consider only those
applicants who place them
as first choice.
All programmes
accept new students
in the first semester
(entry term 1). Some
also take in students
in the second
semester (entry term
3).These are clearly
indicated in the
programme list.
If you have already
studied towards a
similar Degree or
Diploma at another
institution and
passed first year, you
may be considered
for admission into
the second year of
the programme.
Add the name of
the programme
in this column
– write out the
name of the
programme in
full exactly as it
appears in the
programme list.
You will find the programme codes in the
‘Programme list’ (page 64-151).
Use only programme codes you find in the CAO Handbook
or are given by Admissions or CAO staff. If a code is
not listed, that means that the institution or campus
does not offer that particular programme.
