How do I change my programme choices
(Change of Mind, also referred to as a COM)?
If at any time you want to replace one or more of the programme
choices on your list with others or change the sequence, let us know
in writing using a ’Change of Mind’ Request Form, which can be
downloaded from our website
or contact us on
0860 860 CAO/226 to have this form sent to you.
A fee of R100.00 will be charged for each request to add, renumber or
remove programme choices, to cover the cost of the administrative work
involved. No change of mind will be processed until the Change of Mind
fee has been received.
Any number of programme changes (up to six programmes) on the same
Change of Mind (COM) Request Form is considered as one for payment
purposes.
If you submit qualification/programme changes on more than one COM
Request Form and/or at different times, each COM Request Form
submission will be regarded as a separate request and a fee must be
paid for each submission, not for each qualification/ programme change.
Payment/s for multiple COM request forms submissions will be allocated
to, and processed strictly in the sequence that the COM request forms
were received.
