Rishaad Ebrahim
Winner ofthe R15 000 Bursary
I am Rishaad Ebrahim. Following matriculation in 2012, I took a gap
year in order to discover myself and choose the career field that
is suited to me. I applied to the CAO in 2013 and, my application
was processed within a relatively short period of time. I managed
to secure a firm offer for a place to study at Durban University of
Technology. I am currently a first-year student studying towards a
national diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Receiving a bursary from CAO has really helped me to take a step
closer to achieving my goal of becoming an engineer by easing the
financial strain placed on my family.Thank you CAO.
