1.17. We provide institutions electronically with your application
information.
We do not make selections
. Each institution
applies its own selection criteria and procedures. Once
the institution has made its selection decision, we inform
the applicant of the outcome of the application. The
institution may also contact the applicant directly.
1.18. If you receive an offer of a place, it may be withdrawn
if you don’t tell the institution you want to accept the
offer, or if the conditions of the offer are not met, or if
the institution discovers that you have provided false
information in your application.
1.19. The institutions have full and final responsibility for
selection and admission decisions.
1.20. If you are not successful with an application, you may
complete a Change of Mind Request Form (COM)
and choose a different qualification/programme.
These forms can be downloaded from our website or
requested from our Call Centre. They are also printed
in our Handbook.
1.21. A COM will only be processed once we have received
the relevant COM fee.
1.22. Any number of programme changes on the same
Change of Mind Request Form is considered as one for
payment purposes.
1.23. If you submit qualification/programme changes on
more than one Change of Mind Request Form and/or
at different times, each Change of Mind Request form
submission will be regarded as a separate request and
a fee must be paid for each submission, not for each
qualification/programme change.
1.24. Payment/s for multiple COM request forms submissions
will be allocated to, and processed strictly in the
sequence that the COM request forms were received.
1.25. Programmes that are not published in the current
Handbook will not be processed.
