Your CAO number
Your CAO number is your personal reference number and is important.
Make sure to keep a record of it – you will need it to make payment and
when contacting the CAO or any of the institutions listed in this Handbook.
Your CAO number is printed on the application form. Each form has a
different number – do

use a form photocopied from someone else.
